I was reading about you in Evening Standard, and you said that you starded your business from home. I am thinking about cooking Pâté from my mom’s recipe, and i was planing to start my business in simmilar way as you started, but i am a little bit worried about health and safety and resrictions when you producing food (for example how to find “best before” date for my product, etc.) I have loads of questions
